Fajitas with shrimps

Ingredients

Red pepper

1 orange pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 onion

370 gr. shrimp cleaned

1 tbsp. olive oil

30 gr. avocado

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon coriander

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

8 small tortillas

a little lime and cilantro for serving

Execution Method

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the onion and peppers into strips for the fajitas and set aside.

Put the shrimp, olive oil and spices in a large bowl. Stir.

Spread the shrimp on a piece of non-stick paper in the oven along with the vegetables. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees.

Serve in tortillas sprinkling a little lime and a little coriander.
