Salty Muffins


10 g olive oil or coconut oil

20 g low fat feta cheese

10 g sundried tomatoes

20 g red peppers

5-10 g spring onion

1 egg

20 g low fat milk

10 g low fat cream cheese

40 g all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

A little bit of baking soda and salt

15 minutes
Execution Method
Grease the muffin tins and preheat the oven at 200°C
Cut the feta cheese into small pieces in the food processor
Finely chop the tomatoes, red peppers and spring onionon the chopping board
Sift the flour and baking powder in a bowl
Mix all the ingredients together and pour in the muffin tins, filling up to the 3/4 of each tin
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
Wait for 5 minutes with the muffins in the tins to cool and serve
