Quinoa bars

Ingredients

4 tbsp melted coconut oil

6 tbsp ground dates (in blender until creamy)

5 tbsp cocoa powder

A little salt

9 tbsp quinoa, ready

Mix all ingredients in the blender (except quinoa) Pour the mixture into the bowl with the quinoa and mix Make a chocolate dough that you can spread Put a bake paper on a form (15x15cm) Pour the mixture into the pan and spread (making sure that the thickness is the same in all places) Leave the bars in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours When they are ready, cut them into small pieces and serve as a snack!
