Peach Mousse

Ingredients

60 g peaches (peeled and mashed)

15 g 4ALL NUTRITION PROTEINENDA CRUNCHY COCONUT ALMOND SPREAD

3 tablespoons INSTICK BLACK TEA – PEACH, dissolved

3 gelatin sheets (x 2 g)

Fresh fruit for serving

Execution Method

To start preparing the peach mousse, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes until ready.

Place the peaches in a pan.

Squeeze thegelatin sheets and add them in the fruit mixture, while stirring. When the gelatin is completely dissolved, remove from heat and set aside for the mixture to cool.

Add in the pan with the peaches 10 g 4ALL NUTRITION PROTEINENDA CRUNCHY COCONUT ALMOND SPREAD.

Mix smoothly and place in 5-6 glasses. You should wait until the mixture is cold and set. Before serving, add the fresh fruit.
