Nutritious Shrimp Linguine Pasta

Ingredients

100 g.Linguine

400 g. Shrimps

500 mL water

1 vegetable bouillon cube

1 pepper

1 onion

1/2clove of garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tomatoes

Salt

Pepper

Execution Method

Wash and clean the shrimps.

In a frying pan sauté the onion and pepper until golden brown. At the same time, boil the linguine and remove with tongs 2 minutes earlier than the time indicated on the packaging. Add salt just before removing from heat.

Thinly slicethe clove of garlic, add it with the shrimps to the pan and sauté for 1-2’.Then remove the shrimps.

Add one vegetable bouillon cube and the tomatoes, season with some pepper and allow to boil for about 10 minutes.

Add again the shrimps in the frying pan for another 2 minutes.

Finally, add the linguine in the sauce and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
