Nutritious Burger


For the burgers:

  • 200 g minced chicken
  • 1 onion
  • ½ carrot,
  • ½ pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Salt, Pepper

For the potatoes:

  • 250 g potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • Salt, Pepper

Execution Method
For the chicken burgers: Add the oats in a food processor and blend until you have oat flour; then add the vegetables for mincing.
The next step is to add all minced ingredients in a bowl with the minced meat and the other ingredients and mix well.
Mix well the minced meat and refrigerate for at least 30-40 minutes to cool down.
Shape the mixture into burgers and add them into a baking pan with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180οC for 20 minutes.
For the potatoes: While waiting for the minced meat to cool, cut the potatoes into long thin strips like French fries.
Add them in a bowl and mix with the olive oil and herbs.
Then add the potatoes in the air-fryer for 15-17 minutes or in preheated oven on parchment paper at 180οC for 25 minutes until golden.
Add on the bun some 4ALLNUTRITION SAUCE BBQ, then add the burger on top and the vegetables you like serve with your potatoes!!
