Mug Cake


30 g ground oats

10 g peanut butter

½ teaspoon baking powder

4 teaspoons milk 1.5%

22 g bitter chocolate

1 sachet Instick vanilla or caramel

Time of execution
45 minutes
Execution Method
Grind the oats in a food processor.
Mix all the ingredients in a mug, apart from the chocolate.
Finally add the chocolate in the center.
Microwave the mug for 70-80’’. (Alternatively you may bake the mixture in preheated oven for 15’ at 180οC)
