- Peel the cucumber, cut it along into two pieces and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then grate it with a cheese grater, and set aside in a strainer for 10’ to release its liquid.
- Mince the garlic either with a food processor or with the cheese grater.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and the very easy and tasty homemade tzatziki is ready!
