Homemade Tzatziki


400 g yoghurt 2%

1 cucumber

2 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons vinegar

Salt, pepper

Execution Method
Peel the cucumber, cut it along into two pieces and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then grate it with a cheese grater, and set aside in a strainer for 10’ to release its liquid.
Mince the garlic either with a food processor or with the cheese grater.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and the very easy and tasty homemade tzatziki is ready!
