Method

  • Peel the cucumber, cut it along into two pieces and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then grate it with a cheese grater, and set aside in a strainer for 10’ to release its liquid.
  • Mince the garlic either with a food processor or with the cheese grater.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and the very easy and tasty homemade tzatziki is ready!

Ingredients

  • 400 g yoghurt 2%
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Salt, pepper
