BARLEY PASTA WITH CHICKEN

Ingredients

900g chicken breast fillet
½ cup Fresh basil
6 cloves Garlic
1 onion
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
220g barley pasta
Salt Pepper
4 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup Apple cider vinegar

40 minutes
Execution Method

In a saucepan with hot water, boil the barley pasta (al dente)

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper

Put the chicken in the pan (grill) and cook until cooked but still soft (about 3 ' on each side, until pink in the center)

Then, in the same pan, add the garlic, onion and coconut oil and sauté over low heat.

Quench with vinegar, and allow to evaporate

Add the fresh lemon juice, a little salt and pepper and remove from the heat

Put the barley pasta on the plate, with the chicken
