Avocado and chocolate truffles

Ingredients

1 medium avocado

100 g dark chocolate

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup cocoa powder or HEALTHYCO CHOCOLATE MILK POWDER

Execution Method

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and then add the mashed avocado, vanilla extract and the salt. Stir until all the ingredients are fully mashed and then place the mixture in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to set.

Check that it is slightly firm and when ready remove from the fridge; use a tablespoon to scoop a small amount of chocolate and make small balls.

Place the truffles on a serving plate and cover with ¼ cup cocoa powder or HEALTHYCO CHOCOLATE MILK POWDER. Store them in the fridge to keep them firm and cool.
