Vegan Bolognese


150 g soya mince

200 g spaghetti

1 onion clove of garlic

100 g tomato sauce or pummaro

2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

2/3 teaspoon pepper

2/3 teaspoon cinnamon

2/3 teaspoon cumin

2/3 teaspoon paprika

Execution Method
2 Servings : In a pan with boiling water, add the soya mince and allow to boil.
Remove from heat and wait to cool down for 10 minutes. Then strain well the soya granules.
Finely chop the onion and add it in a pan after adding half the olive oil, together with the garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes.
Lower the heat and add the soya granules and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the tomato sauce and stir for 1 more minute and then add the water and all herbs.
Simmer over low heat for at least one hour. You can increase the heat if there is excess water and you want the sauce to be thicker.
Meanwhile, in another pot, boil water and add the spaghetti; allow to boil for 8-9 minutes.
Drain, and then place again the pan on heat, add the spaghetti with 1 teaspoon olive oil and mix.
