Tuna and Vegetable Pasta Salad

Preparation Time

Method

  • Boil the pasta in water for 9 minutes, drain and allow to cool.
  • Cut the vegetables as you like and add the tuna after removing the water then add the pasta.
  • Finally, add the olive oil and some salt if required, and mix well.

Ingredients

  • 200 g tuna in brine
  • 100 g penne pasta
  • 50 g sweetcorn
  • 100 g lettuce
  • 100 g cucumber
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ salt
