Truffles with Cherry, Nuts and Coconut

Ingredients

100g fresh cherries

100g cooked quinoa, cold

50g coconut flour

25g coconut flakes

80g nuts of your choice

40g honey

Place all the ingredients, apart from the coconut flakes,in a food processor

Blend until very smooth

Roll out 20round truffles and place them in the coconut flakes
4
Refrigerate overnight
