Pizza with Salmon


200 g Pillsbury pizza crust

200 g salmon

2 tablespoons cottage cheese

1 tablespoon lemon

Lemon zest

Salt, pepper

1 tablespoon water

70 g rocket

1 avocado, in slices

30 minutes
Execution Method
Bake the dough at 230 oC for 5 to 8 minutes in the oven
Bake the salmon in the oven and cut in small pieces
In a bowl, mix well the cottage cheese, lemon, salt, pepper and water and spread over the pizza crust
Place on top the pieces of salmon, avocado and add the rocket leaves
To take your pizza to the next level, just add some lemon zest!
