Nutritious Avocado Salad

Ingredients

70 g whole grain rusk

2 egg whites

60 g low-fat feta cheese

Capers

Vinegar

Oregano

60 g tomato

60 g cucumber

1/3 avocado

1 teaspoon olive oil

Execution Method

Separate the yolks from the egg whites or use 80ml ready-to-use mixture.

Boil and then finely chop the egg whites on a chopping board.

Use a cutting board to cut the feta cheese and chop the vegetables in your preferred size.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl after adding the olive oil, vinegar and capers.
