Ingredients :

  • Separate the yolks from the egg whites or use 80ml ready-to-use mixture.
  • Boil and then finely chop the egg whites on a chopping board.
  • Use a cutting board to cut the feta cheese and chop the vegetables in your preferred size.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl after adding the olive oil, vinegar and capers.
  • 70 g whole grain rusk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 60 g low-fat feta cheese
  • Capers
  • Vinegar
  • Oregano
  • 60 g tomato
  • 60 g cucumber
  •  1/3 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
