Light Chocolate Soufflé

Ingredients

2 eggs

INSTICK Vanilla

20 g HEALTHYCO CHOCOLATE MILK POWDER150 mL Milk 1,5%

20 g corn flour

Salt

10 g coconut oil or olive oil

4ALL NUTRITION SYRUP (flavour of your choice)

Execution Method

In 1 small saucepan put the milk over medium heat with 1 INSTICK vanilla and the corn flour

After the mixture has set, add the HEALTHYCO CHOCOLATE MILK POWDER, 1 pinch of salt and the 2 yolks and leave the mixture to cool a bit.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites with 1 vanilla INSTICK until they become a meringue.

Then gradually add the meringue to the saucepan with the remaining mixture.

Finally, oil 4 soufflé soufflé metallic cup and put the mixture in them until about the middle.

Finally, bake for 8’ in a preheated oven set to fan mode at 180 o C for 8 minutes.

You can serve with 4ALL NUTRITION SYRUP flavour of your choice.
