Grilled chicken with lemon marinade

Preparation Time



  • Mix in a bowl the olive oil (or coconut oil), lemon juice, mustard, oregano, pepper, salt and the clove of garlic.
  • Add the chicken breast in the bowl with the marinade.
  • Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill over medium heat; place the chicken breast on the grillfor 4 minutes on each side.
  • Then, drizzle the rest of the marinade and wait until it is well cooked, for a few minutes, taking care not to dry the meat out.
  • Remove from heat when ready,sprinkle the chicken with the parsley, and serve with some extra lemon and the salad of your choice.
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 15g mustard
  • Oregano, salt, pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Parsley (to serve)
