Grilled chicken with lemon marinade


200 g chicken breast fillet

1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

15g mustard

Oregano, salt, pepper

1 clove of garlic

Parsley (to serve)

Execution Method
Mix in a bowl the olive oil (or coconut oil), lemon juice, mustard, oregano, pepper, salt and the clove of garlic.
Add the chicken breast in the bowl with the marinade.
Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill over medium heat; place the chicken breast on the grillfor 4 minutes on each side.
Then, drizzle the rest of the marinade and wait until it is well cooked, for a few minutes, taking care not to dry the meat out.
Remove from heat when ready,sprinkle the chicken with the parsley, and serve with some extra lemon and the salad of your choice.
