Creamy Lime-Avocado Tart

Ingredients

130g walnuts

8 dates

A little bit of salt

Lime zest

3 avocados

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

2-3 Instick Vanilla flavor

2 hours and 20 minutes
Execution Method

Add the walnuts, dates, salt and lime zest in the blender and beat well

Spread the mixture on a tart tray, press well and allow to cool

Mix all the other ingredients for the filling (avocado, lime juice, Instick)

Pour the avocado mixture over the tart tray and use a spoon to make sure that the filling is smooth

Place the baking tray in the freezer for 2 hours until set

(Keep refrigerated)
