Chickpea nuggets

Ingredients

200 g raw chickpeas

½ cup zucchini

½ cup carrots

½ onion

Salt, pepper

1 clove of garlic

½ teaspoon paprika

2 egg whites

½ cup oats flour

Dill

1 tablespoon coconut oil

4 allnutrition sauce BBQ

Execution Method

Boil the chickpeas and drain them.

Grate the carrot, zucchini and onion.

Drain them on kitchen paper to absorb the liquids.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor, together with the chickpeas, the oats flour, dill, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, egg whites, and mix until you get a smooth mixture.

The mixture should have a little moisture while being able to shape it into small nuggets.

Use a spoon to shape your nuggets.

Pre-heat the coconut oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan and cook the nuggets until golden brown; then place them on absorbent kitchen paper.
