Chicken salad with barbeque sauce

Ingredients
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet
  • 300 g Iceberg or green salad
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 4All Barbeque sauce
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin and garlic powder.
  • Salt, pepper

Execution Method

Cut the chicken in small pieces and add half of the olive oil and the herbs, apart from salt, and mix well.

Place the chicken pieces on a baking pan with baking paper and bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. When ready, remove from the oven, add some salt and pepper and allow to cool.

Finely chop all the vegetables and parsley and then add the chicken, the rest of the olive oil, salt and pepper, as required, and finally add the barbeque sauce.
