Salmon with wild rice

Zutaten

100 g wild or mixed rice

200 g fresh salmon

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame

1 clove of garlic

½ onion

1 red pepper

Salt

Pepper

Cut the onion and the pepper into rings. Place them in a baking pan on greaseproof paper: two rings of vegetables one on top of the other and on top add the salmon fillet.

Add the soy sauce, salt, pepper and the clove of garlic, crushed.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 15’ covered with aluminum foil. Then remove it and bake for another few minutes until your fish gets the desired brown color.

At the same time, cook the rice in a pan with salted water according to the instructions on the packaging.

When the rice and salmon are ready, serve and enjoy.
