Zutaten

150mL vegetable milk (eg almond, coconut, etc.)

30g protein

2.5gr (1 sachet) calorie-free drink INSTICK of our choice

10g grated walnut

1/2 apple cut

Cinnamon

In a saucepan mix the result with the high calorie drink INSTICK.

Add the oats and the supplements over medium heat. Stirring until soft, oats.

We put the problem in a jar or in colors that I seal, close well and fill in the fridge for every 8-9 hours (two).

Garnish with the chopped apple, the applique and the grated walnut and set aside.
