(for 3 large pancakes)

30 gr oat

1 egg yolk

6 egg whites

10 gr honey

1 banana

Crush the oats in the multi food processor to make a powder.

In another bowl whisk together the egg yolk with the egg whites.

Mix half of the banana in the multi food processor to make a cream and then add it to the whisked eggs.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix until the ingredients are combined.

After heating a non-stick frying pan, pour approximately 1/3 of the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the first pancake from the frying pan and repeat the same process with the rest of the mixture.

When the pancakes are ready, garnish with the rest of the banana, cut in pieces, and add honey and cinnamon.
