350 gr cannelloni

400 gr top sirloin or rump minced beef

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 red pepper finely chopped

1 green pepper finely chopped

6 cherry tomatoes chopped



1 onion

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon bouillon, powder

1 tablespoon fresh basil

Pour the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the minced meat and the onion and sauté until golden.
Add the spices, 1 tablespoon tomato paste and 1 glass of water. Boil for 30 minutes over medium heat. When the minced meat is ready, remove from heat and set aside.
Fill the cannelloni with the minced meat using a teaspoon and place them on a baking tray one next to the other.
In one glass of water, dissolve 1 tablespoon tomato paste and pour it over the cannelloni. Add 1 more glass of water, the peppers, basil and cherry tomatoes.
Bake for 1 hour at 180°C using the grill setting.
