Chocolate Pralines

Zutaten

80 g yoghurt 0%

15 g bitter cocoa

15 g ground oats

10 g honey

20 g peanut butter or protein spread HEALTHYCO PROTEINELLA SPREAD

Some bitter cocoa for serving

Orange zest

Cinnamon

Add the yoghurt, honey, bitter cocoa, orange zest and the ground oats in a bowl and mix well to get a smooth mixture.

Roll into little balls with your hands.

Place on a platter and refrigerate for 10’.

In a bowl add the peanut butter or the protein spread HEALTHYCO PROTEINELLA SPREAD and, if required, mix it thoroughly to obtain a thin and soft texture.

Remove the chocolate pralines from the fridge and dip each one in the peanut butter or spread.

Place them on the platter again. Transfer in the fridge for at least 20’ or overnight.

When you want to serve them, sprinkle with some cocoa and cinnamon, and enjoy.
