Chilli Chicken

Zutaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 green pepper
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • 200 g chicken breast without the skin
  • 200 g fresh or canned tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup red beans
  • ½ cup white beans
  • ½ cup black beans
  • ¼ cup sweet corn
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water for boiling

Ausführungsmethode

Prepare the vegetables and the meat. Chop the onion, the pepper and the mushrooms in small pieces and crush the garlic. Cut the chicken breast into small chunks.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying-pan

Add the finely chopped onion, the pepper and the mushrooms and sauté for 3’-4’.

Add the chicken in the frying pan together with the vegetables and fry for 3’ just until golden brown. Add the garlic.

Then add the three types of beans, the sweet corn, the tomato, herbs and water.

Cover and cook over low heat for 25’.
