500 g cabbage

2 carrots

1 sour apple

½ pomegranate

100 g yoghurt 0%

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt

Finely cut the cabbage and grate the carrot on a grater. Cut the sour apple in small cubes and peel the skin of the pomegranate. Add all the vegetables and fruits in a large bowl.

In another bowl or jar add the yoghurt, mustard,olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, mix well.

Mix all the vegetables and fruits with the sauce and the festive salad is ready.
